Blurb: Over the past eight months, aspiring author Boone Daniels has seen his entire life turned upside down and inside out. Having survived a recent auto-accident and an impromptu proposal of marriage from his one-night-stand-turned-boyfriend, Wade Walker, Boone has finally moved to Summit City to begin a whole new chapter.

Having adapted to several big life-changes within a relatively short window of time, Boone has embraced the idea of spending the rest of his ‘forever’ with the man he loves. However, he quickly recognizes that it takes more than finding true love and relocating to make a house feel like a home.

As Boone and Wade merge their separate lives into a life in union, they’ll struggle to strike a balance between ‘the me’ and ‘the we’. With patience and perseverance, they’ll eventually say their I Do’s and get that happily-ever-after…after all.

Review: It has been a while since I’ve visited the amazing hilarious and lovable characters Wade and Boone. So much so that I had forgotten a few things. However like old friends once reconnected I fell right back into where we left off. For me this book gave that warm fuzzy and sometimes naughty reminder of a couple I love to read about. It’s definitely time for a reread of the entire series. How in the world had I forgotten about the muffins?!

Boone is just as outrageous as ever. He really is one of a kind. The book picks with him having recently moved in with Wade in Summit City. The boxes aren’t even unpacked. Boone hates the cold but he loves waking up everyday to his Olympic medal winning man. They’re just as in love and lust as they were. They’re an established couple making plans for the future now. Since we all know Wade proposed in a prior book it’s not too surprising given the title that Wade decides to make it all official. The best thing is that it’s not Boone who is the groomzilla! Wade and Boone work their way through some tougher issues to find their happily ever after.

I think Wade and Boone would be enough to keep me interested but there is a pretty big and lovable cast that never disappoint with totally inappropriate commentary. Wade’s sister is BRUTAL! She had me cracking up. I don’t know why I’m shocked at the things that come out of their mouths at this point but I am. AND I love it! It’s so much fun to read! I missed these crazy characters. I enjoyed the balance Life In Union offered. There’s some depth as all the characters are transitioning in their lives. Bickering and sassing each other endlessly. No matter how dysfunctional they seem they’re all there for each other when it’s needed. I’m sad to see it end but I’m pretty happy with how it did. If you’ve been a fan of these books you’ll for sure want to buy this one.
